Caitlyn Socha APNP
Caitlyn is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, seeing patients ranging from birth to elderly. Family practice allows her to care for many individuals throughout their life span, which promotes a positive and trusting relationship. Caitlyn offers comprehensive health care including well child examinations, school physical, sports physical, annual wellness physicals, chronic care management and acute care needs.
"I grew up in the Beloit community and it has been a privilege to give back to my community by providing comprehensive, well rounded health care to all individuals. Together, with myself and the patient, we can work as a team to develop a health care plan that is individualized to meet each person’s needs and expectations. My goal is to educate patients on how to achieve a healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of developing chronic illnesses."
