At Darlington Area Community Health Center, you and your family can receive access to Dental and Behavioral healthcare services both on-site and virtually. We are conveniently located on Main Street in Darlington, Wisconsin and additionally provide services throughout the community as needed.
As a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, we are mission focused on providing quality care to all, regardless of insurance. We are in network with Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. We additionally offer a sliding fee scale for those who do not have insurance.

Behavioral Healthcare Services
It’s no secret, the need for therapy and psychiatric care has been compounding every year. Covid, social isolation, constant exposure to stress and anxiety provoking situations, all impact us differently. Asking for help for mental health treatment has long been stigmatized, however the benefits of receiving help are now becoming more widely understood. We know that it isn’t always easy to go into a clinic to ask for help which is why we have invested in telehealth. Through this you can access services from the comfort of your own home or from a private office within our clinic.
Therapy
Currently we provide individual therapy to adults out of the clinic. Individual therapy can be an effective way to help manage stress, sadness, depression, anxiety, or trauma.
We additionally offer virtual access to therapists through the clinic or from the comfort of your own home. Our licensed therapists can provide individual, couples, and family counseling.
Psychiatric Care / Medication Management
Psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and medication management can be provided through our virtual office either in the clinic or from the comfort of your home. A licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner will work with you to establish a diagnosis and begin a medication management treatment if appropriate.
Dental Services
Darlington’s Dental Department provides adults and children with preventative, restorative, and urgent care services – and is one of the few dental providers in the area that accepts Medicaid insurance for dental services. Our Darlington Dental Team also provides community based dental services through our Seal-A-Smile program, which you can learn more about here.
