The Beloit Area Community Health Center, held its sixth annual Trunk or Treat from 4-7 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2019. The free event allowed local families to listen to live music, visit food trucks, meet mascots, magicians and other characters while collecting candy from local organizations, police and firefighters.
