5 Ways We Are Keeping You Safe

5 Ways CHS is keeping you safe

Welcome Back!

Your health is our number one priority. Whether you are coming in for a Medical, Dental or Behavioral Health appointment, rest assured that we have precautions in place to protect your health.

We continue to offer and encourage Virtual Visits with your provider when possible. Virtual Visits make it possible to be seen by a provider through a tablet, smartphone or any device that can connect to the internet from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be.

In clinic appointments look a little different, here is what you can expect:

1. Prescreening and Testing

All patients coming in for appointments undergo prescreening of COVID-19 that includes a temperature check and review of symptoms. We also require screening for all employees and individuals entering our clinic. Face masks are required while you are in the facility. You may bring your own face mask, or one will be provided for you during prescreening.

When scheduling an in-clinic appointment, COVID-19 screening questions will be asked and confirmed again at the time of your appointment.

2. Additional Cleaning

We have increased the frequency of cleaning. Common areas such as the waiting rooms, restrooms, reception area and exam rooms are sanitized frequently and rigorously throughout the day.

3. Reinforcing Strict Hygiene

We ask everyone to do their part in practicing good hygiene through frequent handwashing. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the clinic for your convenience. Handwashing guides and reminders can also be found near sinks.

4.  Social Distancing

We are actively practicing social distancing . Appointments are scheduled so that your wait time in the lobby and exposure to others is kept at a minimum. Our lobby has been rearranged to minimize close contact.

5. Restricting Visitors

We ask that you come to your appointment alone. Guests are strictly limited to caregivers, parents and guardians who are needed for safety reasons.

Thank you for your help in keeping our community safe. We are all in this together.

Healthy families begin at home, let us be your home for all your Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health needs.
