Dr. John Tran to work in BACHC’s dental clinic
BELOIT, Wis.— BACHC is pleased to welcome Dr. John Tran to Beloit Area Community Health Center’s dental clinic.
“We are so excited to have Dr. Tran join our very talented dental staff at our clinic,” said Community Health Systems CEO Julie Sprecher. “There is such a need for dentists and dental care in our community, with the addition of Dr. Tran we will be able to increase our ability to see new patients while continuing to provide quality dental care and services to our current patients.”
Dr. Tran attended the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, where he graduated top of his class. Dr. Tran was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Sigma Chapter, a national dental honor society. During his time in dental school, Dr. Tran served as class secretary and was on the executive boards of the UIC chapters of the American Student Dental Association and the American Dental Education Association.
“As an immigrant to this country and through my formal training, I understand the oral health disparities that affect many communities and the need for preventive as well as comprehensive care,” said Dr. Tran. “I am excited and humbled to provide care to patients at BACHC. My goal is to make the dental visit a comforting experience.”
